ENERGY are a four-piece rock band hailing from Corby UK, has been a staple in the music industry since its formation in 1976.
The young men left good jobs to go full time with the band and gigged anywhere and everywhere in the UK, honing their craft, building up a large following in the UK, including Americans, whilst playing on US air bases.
Energy toured extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, and the USA, with gigs at prestigious venues such as the Whisky A Go Go’s on the Sunset Strip, The Cat Club in New York and The Marquee Club in London.
After a tour in the middle east, Energy showcased for the major record labels at SIR Studios in New York. Despite being on the verge of getting a record deal and recording their first album in the 80s, the band split up, leaving their fans in limbo.
Fast forward 40 years later, and Energy has finally recorded their debut album titled “Rock Party” due to popular demand.
